The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Haji Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ (from Tabriz)'s petition discusses the pension of Mulla Yahya and ʻAbd Allah Bayg, the hardships the author went through during his pilgrimage to Mecca, and the delay in paying one-third of Mulla Yahya's belongings to his inheritors. This delay was caused by the heir of Haji Muhammad Baqir who is the Kadkhuda (village chief) of a village, which is owned by Surur al-Saltanah.
